Who: Teens aged 10 to 18
When: Monday afternoons between 2:30 and 5:30 pm

Open Studio Host: Nathalie Brunet
Nathalie is a recently retired junior high school teacher, with a love for clay and a love of young people.
Cost: Starter cost is $60.00 (includes 5kg of clay and a punch card good for 12 hours of studio time, use of all tools, glazing, firing and guidance form the studio host.) Subsequent purchases student rate: Clay $20.00, 12 hour punch card $40.
Inclusion: Young people of all genders, orientations, origins and abilities are welcome!

The Craft Council Clay Studio & Ceramics Education Centre is offering an after school drop-in session for teens. This is an inclusive and relaxed Open Studio time where students can explore clay and receive guidance on basic hand-building techniques for making sculptures and pots. You can develop your own projects or work on suggestions from the Open Studio host. (Note this does NOT include using a pottery wheel at this time.)
