The study, titled Jewellery Making, Manufacturing and Marketing in Atlantic Canada, is a survey aimed at gaining deeper insights into the practices, challenges, and innovations within our regional jewellery industry. Shared supportive funding is provided by the Craft Alliance Atlantic Association and Mitacs : Business Strategy Internships. Eligible respondents should be over the age of 18 years and should have professional experience (emerging or established) within jewellery related industries, whether as an artist, maker, manufacturer, supplier, educator, service-provider, promoter, entrepreneur, business or retailer etc.
Research Overview:
Our research seeks to record information and opinions about the current landscape of jewellery production & promotion throughout Atlantic Canada, from individuals, businesses, organizations and manufacturers working within the industry. With better insights, we strive to help cultivate a more accessible, self-reliant, and competitive environment within Atlantic Canada’s jewellery industry… by identifying opportunities and addressing deficiencies for all stakeholders.
As a respected professional in the jewellery sector, your experience and knowledge are indispensable to our research. We invite you to participate in our study by completing a survey. The survey (available Oct 1-30) will take approximately 30-50 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary and will remain confidential to the extent of your choosing. The insights gathered will be used for academic purposes, aiming to enhance understanding and potentially drive positive changes within the industry. Should you choose to participate, your responses will contribute significantly to the depth and breadth of our study.
